Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving.
A reminder to the art students that Monday will be the start of 'Art Movie Mondays'.Because it's called killing time until Christmas, I am a bad teacher, come prepared to take some notes, because we will be discussing the artists profiled in the movies, and talking about reality vs. Hollywood. So no napping.

Before I can bring out the Christmas related arts and crafts (and trust me, I don’t believe in bringing them out early. There locked away until December 1st) the Halloween craft supplies have to be used up. So have at them. There’s some sort of … spider-web material that I bought in bulk off ebay and I didn’t realize how much of it I bought have. Feel free to use it.

I do think this is rather neat. There won't be any ice sculpting done in art class however --I'm not giving kids sharp chisels and saws. Recipe for disaster.
I could make that out of metal ... it look much realer.
